About the Villa
Harmony House comes with all the amenities of a five-star hotel – designer sheets, robes, towels, bath products, lounges, pool floats, hammock, sun umbrellas and outdoor gas grill. Truly the quintessence in Caribbean living in the middle of the tropical forest of Saba.
Only the finest architectural materials and tropical woods (hardwood & red cedar) were used for interior and exterior wall paneling. Redwood is an excellent insulator, with its low density, fine cellular structure. It is earthquake-proof and fire-resistant, having been deemed the only acceptable wood to use by the San Francisco Building Code when the city was rebuilt after its famous fire and earthquake in 1906.

Speed ferry ‘The Edge ‘
Travels to Saba from Sint Maarten (from Simpson Bay/Pelican Marina) on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, departing Sint Maarten at 9:00 a.m. for the 90 minute trip and returns from Saba, departing Fort Bay harbor at 3:30 p.m., arriving back on Sint Maarten at 5:00 p.m. This means of transportation is good for travellers who overnight on Sint Maarten. Open bar and bi-lingual crew on board.

The Harmony house rents for:
High Season 2025: 14th of January – 19th of April
$ 450,- per night (minimal stay 4 nights) or $ 3000,- a week.
Low Season 2025: 20th of April – 12th of December
$ 400,- per night (minimal stay 3 nights) or $ 2500,- a week.
*All prices include taxes
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your trip 120 days prior to the arrival date, you get a full refund.
- If between 90 and 120 days before the arrival date the refund is less than 25% of the total rent.
- If between 45 and 90 days prior before the arrival date the refund is less than 50% of the total rent.
- If less than 45 days prior to arrival date, no refund.
